MY experience

Working at a fast-food restaurant has been a ride. The laughs, the frustration, the smiles, the people, the lessons, the faces you make. Working at a fast food place wasn't my favorite thing to do but I can't complain because I still got paid. If you want to work on your patience, I recommend working at a fast food place; it will have your patience tested every second. When the customer complains you take the blame and smile whether you served them or not. It saves so much time when you cut off the arguing and the day moves on. Some customers had me laughing until my stomach hurt, some gave me compliments that brightened my whole day, and well some had me shaking my head. You never know what text someone got before coming to order their food - you just gotta smile and be patient no matter how bad of an attitude is thrown at you. The funny thing about being on the other side is every time I go order food, I try to be generous at whoever is serving me (even when they look like they hate their job) because fam I totally feel ya. At the end of the day, I am pretty thankful for getting an opportunity to experience the fast food career life - taught me a lot.
